Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Élu Cosmetics. If you need to return an item, we are here to help. 

RETURNS

Any product you have purchased in our online shop at shop.elu-cosmetics.ch or through our main website at www.elu-cosmetics.ch can be returned within 14 days from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means that your item must be unopened and in the original packaging.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the method of payment you used for your purchase.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

SHIPPING

If you would like to return an item, please send it to the following address, together with a copy of your order confirmation or invoice:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs you may have paid for your order at checkout are non refundable.
